Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and other structures throughout the body. When areas feel tight or restricted, fascia-focused bodywork may be incorporated into a massage session to address tension and support comfortable movement.
Angela combines her extensive massage experience with specialized fascia tools and individualized techniques. Depending on the service selected, sessions may also incorporate a far-infrared sauna blanket as part of the relaxation and preparation process.

As a mother of four, Angela understands how demanding everyday life can be on both the body and mind.
