William B. Bronson

William has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and organizational and personnel development. He received Bachelor’s degrees in dual majors of Finance and MIS, followed by an MBA, and is now working on his Doctorate in Business Administration with a Marketing focus. Early on, he worked as a stock broker for First Investors Corporation and Shearson Lehman. In 2001, entered the mortgage business, soon becoming vice president of The Associates National Bank, where he was a three-time winner of their Keys to Success award for the top 5% of mortgage loan officers in America. He then built a brokerage team of over 400 loan officers, which ended during the 2008 banking crash. Because the crash negatively affected families, Bill launched a legal services marketing firm to help stop foreclosures, building it to over 3,500 salespeople and 40 attorneys. Since then, he joined Empower Brokerage, an insurance field marketing organization (FMO), in 2014. Serving as their marketing director, managing a full production marketing team, they handle web development, videography, photography, event planning, promotion, campaign design, and strategic planning. Bill is currently an executive with Senior Life Insurance Company, developing special projects.
